1. Introduction

Welcome to TenderSprint ("we," "us," or "our"), a software platform designed and operated by TapTur Tech. TenderSprint provides tender tracking, search indexes, collaboration workspaces, and workflow coordination services for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), procurement agencies, and enterprise bidding teams.

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service document outlines the rules, guidelines, and policies that govern your access to and usage of the TenderSprint application. By registering an account, creating a workspace, or using our public services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these policies.

2. eGP Portal & Official Disclaimer

TenderSprint operates as a helper tool and analytics engine for identifying public procurement opportunities.

Important Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

TenderSprint is an independent service. We are not officially affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ), the Government of Zimbabwe, or the official e-Government Procurement (eGP) portal.

While our background scanners query public eGP bulletin boards and index public notices for the convenience of our users, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the official documents. All users are strongly encouraged to verify bid deadlines, requirements, and official specifications directly on the official eGP portal before making bid submissions.

3. Data Collection & Processing

To provide organization workspaces and tailored alerts, we collect the following types of information:

  • Organization Details: Company name, registration contact email, contact number, and operational country.
  • User Credentials: Full name, administrator emails, cryptographically hashed passwords, and session data.
  • System Integration Logs: Temporary cache files from custom procurement crawls, notification logs, and user activity records within the dashboard pipeline.
  • Cookies: We use essential HTTP cookies to maintain authentication state and store user interface configurations (e.g. sidebar collapse settings).

4. System Security & Governance

We deploy strict safeguards to guarantee client workspace isolation and secure platform operation:

  • Encryption: All transmissions between your web browser and our servers are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS). Passwords are never stored in plain text and are hashed using bcrypt.
  • Workspace Isolation: User sessions, audit logs, and assignment records are strictly segmented at the database level to ensure organizations cannot access or query data belonging to other workspaces.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (MFA): Admin users are equipped with Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) support to secure administrative dashboard panels from unauthorized operations.

5. Platform Terms of Use

Users of TenderSprint must comply with the following usage guidelines:

  • No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the styling, analytics models, or scheduling engine of TenderSprint.
  • Workspace Responsibility: Organization administrators are responsible for managing their team invites, user role assignments, and securing their respective workspace accounts.
  • Acceptable Crawling & API Usage: Automated query scanning or bulk downloads from the TenderSprint API endpoints are restricted based on your current package tier. Abusive rate-limit triggers will lead to temporary session suspension.

6. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Payment transactions for TenderSprint subscription tiers are processed securely through Paynow:

  • Billing Tiers: We offer Free, Basic, Standard, Pro, and custom Business packages. Tiers determine active seat capacity, email notifications, and dashboard toolsets.
  • Recurring Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual basis. Your billing schedule is selected during organization signup.
  • Provider Isolation: We do not store or process complete credit card, bank, or mobile wallet details directly. All payment routing and gateway validation are handled through Paynow.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time. Workspace downgrades will take effect at the conclusion of the paid billing cycle.
